Most warranty repairs on shades sold by The Bed, Bath & Drapery Shop will be handled in house. If the shade must be sent to the manufacturer, The Bed, Bath & Drapery Shop will absorb the cost of all shipping charges. We will also take down and reinstall all shades originally installed by us at no charge to our customer.

In addition to the manufacturer warranty, The Bed, Bath & Drapery Shop will cover for 5 years from the date of production, free replacement of any parts considered "normal wear and tear". This includes: cords, cord locks, motors and transmissions. If the shade needs to be sent to the manufacturer for repair, The Bed, Bath & Drapery Shop will absorb shipping charges, take down and reinstallation charges.
